Can I get a tracking number for my order?
PLEASE, be careful when picking out shipping options – you can choose between regular shipment and shipment with tracking number! You can choose the shipping option by clicking on your cart and scrolling down until you see shipping column. In case you choose the tracking number option, I will provide you a tracking number and you can track your order online via link I will give to you.
What if the item that arrived is damaged?
ALL items will arrive in bubble padded mailer. Each print will be backed with cardboard so it doesnt get bent while traveling to you. In case an item arrives damaged I am happy to offer a refund or resend the item to you. To do so, please reach out to me with photo evidence of the items improper condition.
What if my order did not arrived?
In case your order does not arrive please contact me because in some rare cases, mail gets misplaced by post-delivery. That is also the reason why I would honestly recommend you to choose shipping option with tracking number because any issues with shipping can be way more easily solved.
